Well the PS5 Slim is real, and its hideous, yes its hideous, but its modular. Marvel Studios has also announced a complete overhaul of how it will approach its Disney+ shows moving forward, including starting Daredevil Born Again from scratch. Its not October 3rd, but thats ok. Got a bit of a doozy this week, Sony scrubs all mention of the KotoR Remake from their socails, and acts like its perfectly normal, several Ubisoft execs were arrested by French Police, and the French Govt. raids Nvidia, its a bad day to be in the French gaming industry. As the writers get back to work, SAG meets with the studios to try and negotiate their deal, as streamers seek to increase their rates yet again. Also we have a review of the Ahsoka season finale, as well as Gareth Edward's The Creator. We wrap up the show with our last list of 80s movies, this week, Drama.

You read that title correctly, the second longest WGA strike is officially over! But as that ends, the SAG strike continues, and a SAG strike against the video game publishers looms. If the title wasn't a giveaway, we have learned that Charles Martinet will not longer be the voice of Mario in future Mario games, tis a sad day in gaming. Yet at the same time Gamescom is currently going on in Germany, and we got a wealth of gaming news to talk about. Activision pulled the lid off of the Modern Warfare III, Atari is trying to make another comeback, and oh yeah, Microsoft is selling Activision streaming rights to Ubisoft. Meanwhile in Hollywoodland, the WGA continue their strike and call out the big three, Disney announces a slew of physical releases for digital only shows, and Ahsoka is the best live action Star Wars show, full stop. Plus I give my honest opinion about my top 10 favorite 80s movies.

What happens when all the major studios pull out of comic con? nothing really, it keeps going because comic con is more then movies and television. We also learned about some major Ubisoft shakeups, kart racers are making a comeback, and Sony's Project Q leaks. Plus Barbenheimer makes for the 4th biggest box office weekend, MOVIES are in fact back! Also due to the ongoing SAG-AFTRA and WGA Strikes, i have dedicated some time talking about old movies, this week we have my favorite movies made in the 1950's.

This week we have a review of DC's The Flash, and after a long wait, it did not disappoint. Nintendo held a long and fruitful direct. Netflix held their annual Tudum event, and the FTC is smoking the same stuff as the UK's CMA. E3 might be cancelled, but what happened over the last few days sure feels like E3. We had an Xbox Games Showcase, Ubisoft Forward, Summer Games Fest, Capcom Showcase, and and whole lot more. And boy, how about that Starfield Direct, that is the first time I've been excited for a Bethesda game. That's right, we got a lot more sequel announcements at The Game Awards then anyone may have expected! And we aren't done with awards, as the Golden Globe Nominees were announced as well, and it looks like were in for an interesting ride. Meanwhile what the hell is going on at DC, James Gunn seems to have a massive amount of possible or not possible leaks on his hands. Meanwhile, the FTC is now the third regulatory body to "look deeper" into the Microsoft acquisition of Activision Blizzard.
