We have a review of Godzilla Minus One, which im gonna say now, my favorite movie of 2023, hands down. We also got the game awards last week, over 20 new games announced, most of which had no release dates, Baldur's Gate 3 was the big winner, no surprises. We also saw the announcement of several movies, and the release of several trailers for big upcoming sequels. Barbie and Succession dominate the Golden Globe Nominees, and we lost a great star of Brooklyn Nine-Nine.

If the title wasn't a giveaway, we have learned that Charles Martinet will not longer be the voice of Mario in future Mario games, tis a sad day in gaming. Yet at the same time Gamescom is currently going on in Germany, and we got a wealth of gaming news to talk about. Activision pulled the lid off of the Modern Warfare III, Atari is trying to make another comeback, and oh yeah, Microsoft is selling Activision streaming rights to Ubisoft. Meanwhile in Hollywoodland, the WGA continue their strike and call out the big three, Disney announces a slew of physical releases for digital only shows, and Ahsoka is the best live action Star Wars show, full stop.
