Well folks its finally happening, a Mafia game set in Sicily at the turn of the 20th Century! I am very excited! But that wasn't the only news out of Gamescom this week, another Bethesda title is going multiplatform, old franchises are returning, and new adaptations are unexpectedly coming! Also, don't go after actors for roles they play, they aren't really those characters! Meanwhile, Deadpool & Wolverine continues to break records, Indiana Jones's hat sells for over $600k, and The Acolyte is sent packing. Nic Cage, now here's a guy, will be playing John Madden, and forget the chicken sandwich war, Chick-fil-a is jumping into the streaming wars.

Well would you look at that, 6 years in, we are still rambling about nonsense. Ubisoft finally announces and shows off its newest Assassin's Creed, Shadows, set in feudal Japan, allowing everyone to play out their Shogun dreams. Meanwhile, Square Enix is finally going to support a multiplatform agenda, and Helldivers breaks a record. Also Hollywood upfronts are going on, so we have a ton of TV news, not to be outdone, by the announcement of a new Lord of the Rings movie, or the return of Happy Gilmore.
